Oil Based

An often forgotten lubricant type, oil-based lubes offer a slick glide with a silky feel. They are often of a thinner viscosity and less “cushy” than water or silicone-based lubes. Although some folks prefer the feel of an oil-based lube, it does come with some considerations. Oil is NOT compatible with latex, so it’s not a good choice if you plan on using it with any sort of barriers. It can also be harder to wash off of toys and the skin, making the clean up that much more important!
