Binder sizing instructions:
• Go by your true chest measurements, measure at the widest point of your unbound
chest (for most this is at the nipples or slightly above)
• Allow for normal breathing and air circulation
• Binder should be snug, but you should be able to take a deep breath
• You can use a bra-to-chest converter chart to help determine size
• Always keep your binder clean, hand wash/air dry for longest fabric life
• Do not wear more than 8 hours (under 18 no more than 6 hours)
• Do not wear to bed or for exercise (if must use for exercise use a size up)
• Never wear two binders at once
• Smaller is not always better, binding should never hurt
